On May 13th, signing ceremony of equity cooperation between CGN Nuclear Technology Application Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nuclear Technology Company”) and Jiangsu Dasheng Electron Accelerator Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Dasheng Company”), and signing ceremony of equity cooperation between CGN Advanced Materials Group Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “Advanced Materials Company”) and Zhejiang Juner New Material Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Juner Company”), and Hubei Top New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Top Company”) were held in Dayawan nuclear power base. General Manager of Nuclear Technology Company Zhang Jianfeng, General Manager of Advanced Materials Company Wei Jianliang, Chairman of Dasheng Company Xiao Feng, Chairman of Juner Company Chen Xiaomin, andChairman and General Manager of Top Company Chen Lin attended this signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, all parties fully affirmed the cooperation. These three equity cooperation projects consolidated the business foundation of Nuclear Technology Company in the advanced material field and accelerator and irradiation processing field, which was an important step to make the Nuclear Technology Company to be the leader in China and international well-known nuclear technology application company. All parties were excited about the successful equity cooperation and had full confidence and expectation of the business development in future.

After the signing ceremony, all parties visited the Dayawan nuclear power base, reviewed the glorious history of CGN Group pioneering work, and experienced the nuclear safety culture which has integrated into daily work, which established the foundation of further cooperation in future.
