CGN-Delta (Jiangsu) Plastic & Chemical Co.,Ltd., a social welfare enterprise, founded in 1984, which is owned by CGN Advanced Nuclear Materials Group, produces various cable compound, with annual output value of CNY 300,000,000. There are 271 employees in our company, and 34% of them are disabled. Over the years, based on association for the handicapped, we held training course for disabled employees, and encouraged them to participate in production and operation activities, which made 100% disabled people own their position. Regularly visit, help disabled and needy family, and help disabled people arrange their life and establish confidence in life, which actually showed our social benefit. Over the years, based on our first-class quality and technology, we built our brand stature, and our company was successively honored with “National Top 500 Social Welfare Enterprise”, “National High and New Technology Enterprise”, “Provincial Civilized Organization”, and “Top 100 of China Welfare Enterprise”

In October 2019, our company positively responded the career development policy for disabled people “Government leading and social participation”, and invested more than 1.5 million to build sunshine home. The gross area of sunshine home is 3250㎡, therein to, the function room is 350㎡, including infirmary, multi-function room, retiring room, and recovery room, occupational therapy workshop is 400㎡, and green area is 2500 ㎡. Sunshine home offers life care, recovery training, spiritual consolation, entertainment, and other service, which can improve disabled employees’ adaptability and participation ability, and contribute to recovery, education, and employment of disabled people.
