In order to know about the team atmosphere and employee satisfaction situation in the company, improve the communication between company and employees, and make continuously improvement to realize the goal of Group continuously development, we would like to do an employee satisfaction survey, which always shows enterprise culture. On June 10th, 2015, meeting for starting the 2015 employee satisfaction survey project was held by CGN Advanced Materials Group, and totally 66 managerial staff from head office and each subsidiary attended this start meeting.
The destination of satisfaction survey is to know about the employees’ thoughts. The survey will be made by professional third party consulting company (Aon Hewitt), which will make the results more real and more representative. At the start meeting, the consulting company focused on the background, meaning, method, and specific implementation plan of this project. This employee satisfaction survey will take 4 months (May 18th to September 15th). Through previous communication, start meeting preparation, internet survey, field interview, report writing and presentation, management improvement seminar, and management improvement implementation, we will get the first-hand information with professional, scientific, and rigorous methods, so that we can know about employees’ view, suggestion, and requirements of company more objectively, more accurately, more really.
Employees who attended this meeting said that through this open survey, our company could know employees’ demand better, listen to employees, widely and deeply know about employees’ ideological state, and motivate employees’ passion for innovation and responsibility for work, which would lay solid foundation for healthy and fast development of our company.
